At JDM Seattle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned garments, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
